WindShark is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Because no account or identifying information is required or accepted, no such data can be submitted through the app.
5. Third-Party Services
WindShark contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no social login, and no in-app purchase services. The game has no third-party integrations that collect or process your data.
When you download WindShark, Apple's App Store may collect certain transactional information (such as your Apple ID and purchase record) in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. That data relationship is between you and Apple and is outside our control.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your locally stored game data persists on your device until you uninstall the app or use the Reset Progress option in Settings. Uninstalling WindShark removes all game data from your device permanently. We hold no copies of this data anywhere outside your device.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control at all times:
- Access — your progress and settings are visible directly inside the game.
- Deletion — use Reset Progress in Settings, or uninstall the app, to erase all data.
- Export — no remote records exist to export or request; everything is on your device.
